Our client is a leader in the automotive motorcycle industry, located in the Ringwood area. Due to an internal promotion, they are currently seeking a receptionist to join their busy team in a full time capacity.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, well presented and articulate receptionist to join their team working Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm.
Working in a retail environment you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Assisting with database updates
- Daily banking
- Vehicle registrations and relevant paperwork
- Assisting the sales team
To be considered for this role, you will be a team player, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with a friendly nature and a strong customer focus.
